교환교수 및 기타 지원자가 자기 분야의 충분한 경험과 연구 목적을 가지고 미국의 대학에 입국하여 최소1년부터 최대 4년까지 J비자로  자유롭게 연구하고 해당 분야의 어드바이져로 활동 할 수 있는 프로그램을 말합니다.
